As fabric and design nerds we insisted on adding this section. The key to textile longevity and happiness is based in maintenance (by you). We have compiled some basic points below for our client attention.

Always read the care label
Care labels are so called for good reason. They give clear care instructions on your newly acquired RUGGD product which are paramount to the product longevity and freshness.

Please ensure you have fully read and understanding of the instructions and symbols before washing.

Drawstrings and zippers
Always please ensure that all zippers are closed, and drawstrings knotted prior to washing. This will protect the zippers and secure drawstrings.

Wash at cool temperatures
This cannot be stressed or highlighted enough. Absolute fundamental not only for your RUGGD product but also the environment. Washing in cool water helps maintain the structure, freshness, and wellbeing of your RUGGD product. We use technical and complex textiles, Nylons, elastane and blends. Washing in hot water, or outside recommendations detailed on the care label will compromise the textiles integrity, structure and make-up.

Do not tumble dry
Again, another one that cannot be stressed or highlighted enough. Extreme heat and friction generated during a tumble- dry cycle will likely compromise any textile integrity over time, as well as impacting on fit and quality of your RUGGD piece.

Care labels
So important we listed it twice. Please always read your care label closely for product guidelines. The care labels are a result of extensive internal and external laboratory testing to ensure maximum quality for our clients on arrival. We would like you to keep it that way.
