Can I return an item if I am not satisfied with colour or size?
Occasionally, the item you ordered might not fit or feel quite right—it could be the wrong colour or size. It's a common part of the online shopping experience. To ease any inconvenience, we've streamlined our returns process to be hassle-free for our clients. Simply access our returns portal for quick and easy returns.
You may return your RUGGD item within 28 days of receiving it. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items returned outside of this 28-day window.
For all returns, we aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns within Ireland (IE) and Northern Ireland (NI) are free through our courier partner DPD. If accessing a DPD drop-off point is inconvenient, you can request a collection by contacting our exceptional customer care team at help@ruggd.com.
