Your product can be returned within 28 days of receiving your RUGGD item. Unfortunately, and with regret anything outside of this 28 day period we cannot offer a refund or exchange for your RUGGD purchase.

Any product being returned by our client must be unworn & unwashed with all tags still attached and undamaged (for obvious reasons).

Any product returned by our clients should be in original packaging.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer our client a refund.

In the case product is returned in this condition we will offer to return the product (client will be required to cover shipping cost).

Proof of payment must accompany all returns. All items are inspected on return by our customer service team. For all returns, we will refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
